The retail industry gears up for Black Friday – the ag industry gears up for SunBelt Expo! The Expo takes place each year on the third weekend of October in Moultrie, GA! As a business in the ag industry, it’s a wonderful opportunity to showcase your products and/or services. As a consumer in the ag industry, it’s a great shopping experience, educational extraordinaire, or an annual gathering with friends!
The Expo’s site is very unique as it sits on 100 acres of exhibit area alongside a 530 acre working research farm.
- The exhibit area has both outdoor and indoor exhibits.
- 100,000 people attend each year.
This year, Ag Solar Solutions and Lattice Energy Solutions attended the expo in conjunction with our friends at Conger LP Gas. Our two companies formed a wonderful partnership back in July of 2023. The unique partnership will offer a comprehensive, solutions-based approach to meet the energy needs and goals of customers. Together, we offer:
- Solar
- Propane-powered irrigation engines
- EV charging
- Propane autogas fueling
The joint venture also provides customers with additional avenues to receive incentives and grants, as the three companies combined have already secured more than $12.3 million for their customers.
By attending the expo together, all teams were able to provide ample info and opportunity to potential clients, and ultimately begin to form long lasting relationships with farmers and small business owners as we can help their bottom line for years to come. Notably, the expo was also a wonderful opportunity to educate farmers and those in the ag industry about the opportunity that we have with the REAP Grant incentive of offering up to 50% of project costs for any purchase or installation of renewable energy systems and energy efficiency improvements.
